Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, technology, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
• Own stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on milestones, dependencies, financial performance, and launch readiness.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve launch speed and scalability.
• Support business planning activities including capital planning, budget forecasting, and resource planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, or mathematics).
• 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, and reporting project status.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certificate.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
