Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain operations.
• Generate and create ongoing reporting to track key performance indicators and identify trends.
• Analyze data to identify reasons for under/over performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support the delivery of productivity targets for all KPIs and ensure accurate metric recording.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on workflow tools and identify "hot spots" to minimize network impact.
• Evaluate and implement opportunities for workflow automation using tools like Excel VBA, Power BI, or SQL.
• Communicate effectively with operations and support functions to meet internal customer data needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, complex lookups, and nested formulas).
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience with MS Access and advanced SQL.
• Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear, detailed requirement documents.
