Program Manager

About the Company

Altior Healthcare comprises three distinct mental health treatment programs, including a specialized program for US Veterans. With over 15 unique locations, we manage and support 500+ dedicated employees serving over 300 residential clients daily across five states.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director and clinical team in implementing core beliefs into client care
• Supervise staff for medication management and ensure safe, compliant administration and storage
• Interface with Administration and vendors for facility and campus maintenance
• Assist with the intake and discharge process using EMR tools and coordinating with billing and Utilization Review teams
• Provide clinical care assistance to youth and families, including facilitating individual and group therapy
• Track documentation processes to ensure accurate record-keeping of clinical services
• Develop a direct care team that implements company core beliefs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a residential or behavioral healthcare setting is required
• Knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and teen treatment
• Understanding of diverse cultures and gender-specific issues
• Ability to participate in a weekly weekend on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential or facilities management/supervision
• Experience with KIPU
