Program Manager

About the Company

Altior Healthcare manages a family of mental health treatment programs, including specialized services for US Veterans. With over 15 locations across five states, they provide compassionate, evidence-based care to residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the behavioral health team and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor implementation of trauma-informed interventions aligned with treatment plans
• Provide coaching, training, and 1:1 supervision to direct reports
• Support residential programming and participate in crisis debrief meetings
• Ensure compliance with documentation, incident reporting, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during weekly treatment planning meetings
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment through facility collaboration

Requirements

• Experience working with children
• Experience working in a Residential Treatment Center (RTC) as a BHP or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Previous management experience
• Knowledge of CRM and M35 systems
