Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, resources, budget, and timelines
• Lead and optimize program and project teams to ensure strong ROI
• Identify essential contributions from cross-functional teams and external partners
• Analyze and mitigate program risks, providing regular reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 8+ years in a program management role with a SaaS Product
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in global team collaboration
