Program Manager, Alexa Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and execution across product lines to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Own goal processes, planning cycles, and special projects on behalf of senior leadership
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies, including townhalls and engagement initiatives
• Manage organizational operations, including staff meetings, headcount planning, and resource allocation
• Coordinate roadmap planning, reviews, and strategic documentation across the portfolio
• Drive AI tool adoption, process optimization, and operational efficiency mechanisms
• Lead the Amazon Fellows Program, managing end-to-end strategy and stakeholder communications
• Serve as a decision-escalation point to diagnose misalignment and drive resolution across senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 10+ years of program or project management experience
• 10+ years of experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
• Experience in talent management, organizational design, and development
• Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity and exercise independent judgment on sensitive matters
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and a strong bias toward operational automation
