Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects to ensure execution within budget, scope, and schedule
• Establish and maintain governance for effective change project steering
• Prepare summary documents and presentations regarding program status for client meetings
• Manage client priorities and expectations
• Define and deploy a harmonized project steering system across the organization
• Support the program by implementing management tools and micro-processes
• Analyze, improve, and redefine existing processes as needed
• Audit the validity, accuracy, and quality of datasets and modsums before publication
• Support the design office in understanding client requirements to resolve inconsistencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong communication, perseverance, and rigor
