Program Manager, AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the internal AI use case roadmap across all agency practices, including creative, media, PR, and operations
• Conduct business analysis and operational audits to document current workflows and design future-state processes with embedded AI
• Prototype and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow integrations using LLMs and low-code/no-code platforms
• Evaluate teams for AI readiness, identifying data gaps, governance needs, and integration points
• Establish governance frameworks, including human-in-the-loop design, compliance checkpoints, and audit trails
• Manage AI platform vendors and tool integrations such as n8n, Make, and Zapier
• Partner with cross-functional practice leads to embed AI into delivery workflows and build internal AI fluency
• Define and report on KPIs for transformation initiatives, such as time saved and revenue impact

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, or technical product management
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Claude Code, Glean, or GitHub Copilot)
• Proven track record of organizational-level process mapping and workflow redesign
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience running workshops and executive-level readouts
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure the impact of implemented solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing, media, or communications agency environments
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, or MCP
• Experience with business process optimization (BPO) frameworks
• Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok, or performance media tech stacks
• Experience with Agile delivery and sprint-based product development
• Exposure to responsible AI governance and human-in-the-loop design

Benefits

• Base salary starting at $85,000 (negotiable) based on experience and AI proficiency
• Performance bonus tied to transformation milestones (target 10–15% of base)
