Program Manager, AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise AI adoption program from use case discovery to production rollout
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and Commercial
• Run enablement programs including live trainings, onboarding, and office hours
• Coach users on prompt engineering and develop reusable prompt patterns
• Curate a library of use cases, prompt examples, and how-to guides
• Facilitate adoption events such as prompt-a-thons and internal demos
• Consult with teams to recommend the simplest effective AI approaches
• Define, track, and report adoption metrics and business impact to the executive team
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and Compliance to ensure responsible AI use

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving cross-functional programs
• Experience in enablement, change management, training, or customer success
• Proven ability to drive change without direct authority
• Strong technical literacy regarding AI/ML concepts
• Working knowledge of modern AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance (Entra ID, Purview, Defender)
• Demonstrated track record of driving specific tools to measurable adoption rates
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in energy, utilities, or industrial sectors
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM applications, RAG, and agentic systems
• Exposure to OT/ICS environments
• Experience as an early AI program hire
