About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain AI-powered automation tools that replace manual coordination workflows using LLMs, Slack integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Create automated intelligence systems to monitor cross-team communications and product launches, delivering actionable digests to leadership.
  • Develop self-updating knowledge systems to eliminate reliance on tribal knowledge and reduce time spent tracking down owners.
  • Deploy program tracking and governance automation to nudge goal owners, flag overdue items, and auto-generate progress reports.
  • Own and publish a quarterly AI Automation Roadmap, including adoption tracking and hours-saved measurement.
  • Drive tool adoption through demos, onboarding, and continuous feedback iteration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience building automation workflows using AI tools (chatbots, LLM agents, workflow automation platforms, or no-code builders).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered automation (prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agent frameworks).
  • Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience working with diverse data sets and compiling data for management consumption.
