Program Manager - AI Agency

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning for new client engagements, translating statements of work into detailed plans with clear milestones and resource requirements.
• Own day-to-day execution of client projects, including running daily standups, tracking progress, and identifying blockers.
• Serve as the central coordination point for cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, activation, and platform engineering.
• Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables through proactive and transparent communication.
• Oversee project-level budgets and resource utilization, monitoring hours against budget and flagging financial risks.
• Identify delivery inefficiencies and contribute to the development of standardized frameworks and process documentation.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, including resource constraints and technical dependencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management within pharma, life sciences, or healthcare marketing agency environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a client delivery setting.
• Strong working knowledge of pharma commercialization, omnichannel marketing, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Expertise in budget management, resource tracking, and operating with P&L accountability.
• Active, hands-on use of AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or Midjourney) to build workflows and solve problems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, or early-stage environments.
