Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage aircraft modifications with enhanced special mission capabilities for DoD and commercial customers
• Work with customers and subcontractors to determine requirements and develop work plans
• Manage all aspects of assigned programs including costs, schedules, and performance
• Develop processes for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating program risk
• Advise senior executives on programs, policies, readiness, and technical management
• Support the Growth Team with technical solutions during the proposal process
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure project execution meets professional standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• 5 or more years of Program or Project Management experience
• PMP Certification or DAWIA Level 2
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Microsoft Project
• Experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and statements of work
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MS) or MBA
