Program Manager, Admissions, Enrollment Management

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for international undergraduate and graduate admissions operations
• Supervise the International and Graduate Operations team, including hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline admissions processes
• Oversee the processing of international application materials and graduate application records
• Monitor and ensure team productivity metrics are tracked and achieved
• Support the management of international undergraduate scholarship programs and enrollment partnerships
• Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations
• Participate in on-campus and virtual Admissions events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of relevant work experience
• Experience in admissions operations or enrollment management
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing international student recruitment or admissions processes
• Knowledge of transcript processing and application record management
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial reports
