Program Manager, Ad Policy Communications

Responsibilities

• Own and operate policy change communications processes and mechanisms to drive operational excellence
• Assess communications strategy holistically to improve visibility and streamline awareness
• Invent new ways to measure the effectiveness of the communications strategy
• Review policy content for accuracy, grammar, and style, coordinating with Legal, PR, and Policy Managers
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Support and Moderation to increase efficiency
• Manage internal communications within the Policy team to increase transparency and collaboration
• Maintain and update rejection communications for use with external advertisers

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in an online advertising role with familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of an organization
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
• Master's degree
