Program Manager, ACES

Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges within the transportation network and execute autonomous problem-solving using data-driven approaches.
• Plan, execute, and validate continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and reproducibility.
• Drive the adoption of standardized processes through effective Change Management.
• Design and implement new operational models and redesign existing workflows to improve efficiency.
• Build data pipelines and design visualization dashboards to enable real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define business requirements, prioritize features, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Partner with cross-functional departments to drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and conversation).

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of direct experience in driving process improvements.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience in building processes, managing projects, and maintaining schedules.
