Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and manage portfolios spanning software, IT, revenue cycle, and supply chain.
• Drive new product development specifically for digital products within the Acelis Connected Health business.
• Build program management fundamentals, including core team structures, governance, templates, and tools.
• Manage high-complexity projects with multiple workstreams, ensuring clear expectations and resource planning.
• Implement and improve program management practices, including the integration of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure all programs follow regulatory policies, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a program management role.
• Proven experience managing new product development for digital products.
• Experience managing programs with complex requirements in a highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology lifecycle processes, including SDLC, agile, and waterfall.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Product or Project Management.
• Familiarity with healthcare services and products.
• Certifications in Agile Scrum roles.
