About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee successful project execution within assigned phases to ensure deliverables meet organizational expectations
- Enforce and monitor process standards to maintain consistency and quality in project management practices
- Drive employee development by managing objectives, supporting training plans, and tracking individual growth
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for project managers to foster professional growth and a collaborative culture
- Act as the primary escalation point for internal and external off-track projects to drive resolution and risk mitigation
- Effectively resource projects within the assigned phase to ensure alignment with project needs
- Identify and report suggestions for process improvements to support a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or technical team leadership
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees and project managers
- Demonstrated success with process improvement and ensuring quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
