Program Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful project execution within assigned phases to ensure deliverables meet organizational expectations
• Enforce and monitor process standards to maintain consistency and quality in project management practices
• Drive employee development by managing objectives, supporting training plans, and tracking individual growth
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for project managers to foster professional growth and a collaborative culture
• Act as the primary escalation point for internal and external off-track projects to drive resolution and risk mitigation
• Effectively resource projects within the assigned phase to ensure alignment with project needs
• Identify and report suggestions for process improvements to support a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or technical team leadership
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees and project managers
• Demonstrated success with process improvement and ensuring quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
