Program Management Sr. Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate CMC/QA team activities, manage weekly meetings, and track action items
• Interface with and manage multiple CDMOs to drive manufacturing activities in alignment with CMC timelines and supply needs
• Ensure adherence to team goals and deliverables, including coordinating regulatory filing sections and document QC processes
• Contribute to long-range and budgetary planning, working with Legal and Finance to manage vendor contracts and purchase orders
• Manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables concurrently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• M.S. or B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or an equivalent scientific field
• Demonstrated understanding of the science behind drug development
• Minimum of 10 years of biotech or pharma industry project management experience
• Expert planning and tracking skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, innovative environment
• Ability to work strategically and independently with both internal and external stakeholders
