About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of sustainability initiatives, including the annual Corporate Sustainability Report.
- Act as a liaison between senior management, project teams, and internal/external stakeholders on sustainability topics.
- Facilitate discussions across departments such as finance, data, regulatory affairs, and product teams.
- Assist with sustainability governance administration, including committee logistics, charter development, and secretariat activities.
- Manage sustainability program reporting by tracking projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or OKRs.
- Maintain the sustainability intranet hub and ensure high standards of documentation for internal and external auditors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Global Sustainability Office processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, project management, or governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or ESG/climate-focused roles.
- Knowledge of the emerging global ESG regulatory landscape (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy).
- Foundational understanding of business strategy, data concepts, and system flows.
- Proven project management experience.
