About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish robust governance structure to provide clear goal definition, sanctioning and control
  • Support leadership with business development and account management
  • Integrate and drive stakeholder and consultant deliverables in support of project strategic priorities
  • Lead portfolio governance and assurance on project and cost management activities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on producing and maintaining the overall program framework and playbook
  • Manage the program and portfolio master schedule driven by data
  • Analyze program risk and opportunities trends and their respective cost and schedule impact
  • Implement programmatic mitigation plans for risks impacting strategic objectives
  • Conduct readiness and quality assurance assessments for project specific stage gate implementations
  • Manage stakeholders including Regional Program Managers, Design Execution, and Construction teams

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant program management experience in commercial office tenant fit outs for energy companies or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing a program of connected projects with a collective value over $50m per year
  • Thorough knowledge of Program Management methods, forecasting, budgeting, and schedule management
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
