Program Management

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of parts according to client key dates
• Control the effective use of resources assigned to tooling accounts and ensure correct execution
• Manage timely invoicing of tooling accounts
• Guarantee program profitability according to established internal indicators
• Coordinate with the Core Team to ensure quality, productivity, and safety indicators are met
• Monitor the execution of NPDS deliverables in accordance with core and extended teams
• Ensure compliance with client-defined program stages
• Coordinate internal activities for program delivery to the plant
• Prepare and report program status regularly to various organizational levels
• Manage project deliverables through official client portals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Experience in the automotive industry (required) or solid experience in the metal-mechanical industry
• Knowledge of Quality, APQP, and Problem Solving
• Proficient English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools
• Experience with advanced Problem Solving methodologies within the automotive sector
