Program Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship executive and key point of contact
• Lead preconstruction discussions to develop contractual obligations, estimates, and schedules
• Oversee the project master schedule and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Promote health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and site safety culture
• Develop the program management plan (PMP) and work plans
• Act as the escalation point for project, financial, and contractual risks
• Manage design definition documents and review change order requests
• Monitor progress reporting metrics and provide recovery plan recommendations
• Develop program guidelines for cost reduction and quality control
• Oversee site logistics, phasing strategies, and construction management guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant project and program management experience
• 2+ years managing high-performing programs in a consulting environment
• Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods
• Experience leading teams in an integrated project delivery organization
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts within multi-billion-dollar programs
• Proven track record of delivering major capital programs on budget and on time
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in construction management or engineering
