Program Management Lead, NPI

Responsibilities

• Define and drive overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment with execution plans and successful delivery of key milestones.
• Lead regular program meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to provide status updates and identify risks or gaps.
• Track progress against program objectives and timelines to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure NPI program performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with key stakeholders to support strategic product commercialization initiatives and enhance operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through high-volume production within a semiconductor capital equipment environment.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and external partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
