Program Management - Global Sourcing Intern

Responsibilities

• Work directly with current and potential suppliers to maintain the material pipeline
• Develop strategies to optimize suppliers for cost, quality, and supply resilience
• Assist in supply chain planning for future product rollouts
• Conduct market analysis to provide meaningful sourcing insights

Requirements

• Technical or engineering background
• Leadership experience and exposure to project management
• Highly organized and focused with the ability to handle concurrent projects
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams in-person and remotely
• Ability to work onsite in Somerville, MA for the Fall 2026 term

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or procurement experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in product development or quality control (part inspection and corrective action)
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as injection molding, machining, sheet metal, or SMT
