Program Management Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Lead overseeing Media programs from qualification through mass production and end-of-life
• Serve as the primary interface between internal cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure on-time product launches
• Lead new and iteration program qualifications, ensuring critical product parameters and documentation are fully defined
• Apply data-driven KPIV/KPOV analysis to improve process control, yield, and product margin
• Manage engineering sample logistics, shipment execution, head/media pairing, and supply planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in product, process, or manufacturing engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
