Program Management Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Lead overseeing Media programs from qualification through mass production and end-of-life
• Serve as the primary interface between internal cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure on-time product launches
• Lead new and iteration program qualifications, ensuring all critical product parameters and documentation are defined
• Apply data-driven KPIV/KPOV analysis to improve process control, yield, and product margin
• Manage program logistics, including engineering samples, shipment execution, and supply planning to achieve optimal HDD yield
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in product, process, or manufacturing engineering
• Proven experience working within a high-volume manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work effectively in both cross-functional and customer-facing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
