Program Management Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end KPI performance including product yield, manufacturing lead time, and on-time delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams for new or alternate site material introductions
• Manage sustaining product enablement and business continuity
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions
• Lead end-of-life (EOL) transitions and mitigate material excess inventory risks
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and lead task forces to resolve operational issues
• Collaborate with quality teams to address quality excursions and customer RMA issues
• Engage early in new product development to ensure manufacturing readiness
• Support inventory disposition and material reclassification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Manufacturing
• 5-8 years of program management experience in semiconductor assembly backend processes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and lean manufacturing principles
• Experience managing factory-related issues and cost reduction strategies
• Proficiency in SPC, DMAIC, 8D, and 5-why analytics
• Experience working in a global organization
