Program Management Controller Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Partner for client programs by challenging business cases and validating target profitability during tender responses
• Monitor real costs (materials, production, logistics) against initial budgets throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze margins, identify variances, and propose corrective action plans to protect profitability
• Conduct financial post-mortems on deliveries to inform future pricing models
• Support R&D and development projects by tracking development costs (Capex/Opex)
• Build dynamic dashboards to provide visibility into the financial progress of innovations

Requirements

• Graduate from a top-tier Business School (Master's in Finance, Audit, or Management)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a motivation for building processes from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a significant plus
• Strong analytical and rigorous approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with engineers and sales teams
• Fluent English is indispensable for the international context
