Program Management Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Analyze program performance across cost, schedule, and technical metrics
• Develop and maintain program reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership
• Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and contract deliverables
• Track program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Support planning and coordination of program activities across multiple task areas
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reporting standards
• Assist with resource planning, staffing coordination, and workload tracking
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather and validate program data
• Support audits, inspections, and program reviews

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in program management or project control
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Experience supporting program execution, reporting, and performance tracking
• Knowledge of project management principles and risk management
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, or Power BI
• Eligibility to obtain Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience supporting PMRs, CDRLs, and contract reporting
• PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA Program Management certifications
