Program Leader

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, launch, operate, and expand Product Quality programs for India in collaboration with global product, science, and operations teams.
• Investigate and eliminate online risks by identifying regional risk heuristics to improve treatment speed and efficacy.
• Partner with Legal, PR, and Investigations teams to resolve critical and time-sensitive challenges.
• Conduct deep dives into data to create detailed analysis and determine root causes of issues.
• Drive the implementation of long-term fixes to reduce defects at the root cause while balancing seller experience.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Professional auditing qualification or similar risk/compliance credentials.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel.
