Program Lead, Safety, Wellbeing and Regulatory

Responsibilities

• Own global content and safety enforcement end to end policy enforcement, misuse detection and response, case resolution, and escalation protocols
• Act as the senior escalation point and incident lead for complex safety, integrity, reputational, and operational issues
• Build internal governance and risk frameworks for AI safety, content moderation, and platform integrity
• Serve as operational lead for GDPR and broader regulatory compliance including EU AI Act and Digital Services Act
• Support the relationship with the Irish Data Protection Commission
• Direct how Inflection AI processes EU personal data in coordination with leadership
• Build and maintain the Irish entity's compliance documentation
• Help stand up and scale Inflection AI's Ireland office including recruiting and onboarding the local team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, privacy/data protection, or regulatory compliance
• Significant experience enforcing on highly graphic or disturbing content in sensitive areas
• Strong program management skills for complex, cross-functional workstreams
• Ability to work autonomously with limited local infrastructure
• Experience developing proactive risk management frameworks and crisis management playbooks
• Experience building and running enforcement or compliance operations programs at a technology company
• Familiarity with GDPR, EU AI Act, Digital Services Act, or cross-border data transfer mechanisms
• Based in Ireland or willing to relocate to Dublin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI products, large language models, or conversational AI platforms
• Experience standing up a new office, team, or function in Ireland for a U.S.-based technology company
