Program IPT Lead (Sustainment)

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated product team responsible for defined scope, deliverables, and execution outcomes
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance in alignment with program plans, POA&Ms, and work breakdown structures
• Coordinate activities across engineering, logistics, testing, training, and operational stakeholders
• Monitor execution progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to program leadership
• Track and report action items resulting from meetings, reviews, and execution activities
• Support disciplined execution under the oLSI model while enabling rapid response to changing priorities

Requirements

• Active/Current Top Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading IPTs or cross-functional teams
• Program management or execution oversight experience
• Familiarity with managing cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
