Program Integrator

Responsibilities

• Assist Functional Area leaders with strategic and operational planning efforts
• Track milestones, OKRs, risks, issues, and decisions to remove barriers for working teams
• Manage trade-offs between scope, budget, and resources within assigned functional areas
• Support timelines, budget, and resource allocation by interfacing with central planning, finance, and people teams
• Provide oversight of contracts, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and managing supplier relationships
• Collaborate with business affairs and procurement to track progress on agreements in negotiation
• Create reports and presentations to facilitate sharing metrics and progress related to functional area goals

Requirements

• Experience in Management Consulting or business analysis roles
• 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 3+ years of managing contract lifecycles for a department or team
• Experience managing project budgets and resource loading
• Experience interfacing with senior leaders in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in project management tools, with Smartsheet experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop risk mitigation plans and drive consensus
• Professional development or certification in program/project management or change management
