Program Financial and Governance Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with data-driven insights
• Use Microsoft Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate meeting summaries
• Coordinate executive governance meetings including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups
• Maintain data integrity, version control, and governance tracking across programs
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to align reporting structures

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions
• Minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, PivotTables, and data modeling
• Proficiency in Power BI for designing dashboards and building DAX measures
• Experience with PowerPoint for executive-level visuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot (M365) for automation and productivity
• Strong project and deliverable management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial governance programs at a global financial institution
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Planner, or Loop
• Background in organizational strategy or financial tracking
