About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior finance business partner to assigned programs and scientific leadership
  • Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision support
  • Lead financial oversight throughout the grant lifecycle, including proposal development, implementation, donor reporting, and closeout
  • Identify and manage financial risks, funding gaps, and compliance issues
  • Mentor junior finance staff and support the delivery of standardized program finance services

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in financial management, donor-funded programs, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience supporting complex multi-project portfolios and working in ERP-based financial environments
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and financial modeling skills
  • Professional accounting qualification is preferred
