Program Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, budget support, and grant financial management for assigned program areas
• Assist program areas in developing budgets for new grant applications and contract renewals
• Provide regular budget-to-actual reporting at the grant, program, and department levels
• Monitor ongoing financial activity and review results with program leadership to identify spending trends
• Prepare and submit periodic invoices for assigned grants and contracts with required documentation
• Coordinate the setup of project codes to ensure accurate time, expense, and revenue tracking
• Support funder monitoring visits, audits, and compliance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or grants management
• Experience preparing budgets, financial reports, reconciliations, and invoices
• Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets
• Experience working with an ERP, accounting, or financial management system
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to the mission of Sacred Heart Community Service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with nonprofit finance, government contracts, or cost-reimbursement invoicing
• Proficiency in NetSuite
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese
• CPA license or advanced degree in accounting, finance, or nonprofit management
