Program Excellence Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of updates, changes, and improvements to internal project and process frameworks
• Act as the first point of contact for user questions regarding project processes and deliverables
• Mentor and coach project teams during new project creation and initialization to ensure structured execution
• Provide guidance on project scope definition, planning, tracking, and budget awareness
• Advise teams on identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
• Support the documentation of Lessons Learned and ensure alignment with global project management standards
• Share relevant documentation, guidelines, and templates to enable user success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate understanding of project management principles
• Experience supporting projects, processes, or operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with structured project frameworks or processes
• Exposure to various project or process management tools
• Experience working within a cross-functional or international environment
