Program Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success of the ChildWatch Department and Campus Birthday Parties
• Drive program growth for ChildWatch and birthday party services
• Manage department budgets, revenue, payroll ratios, and surplus goals
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff and volunteer leaders
• Collaborate with marketing to support branch communications and special events
• Support fundraising initiatives and the Strong Kids Campaign
• Perform Director on Duty responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Highly motivated, organized, and personable with leadership abilities
• Adaptable and flexible to work periodic weekends and non-business hours
• Ability to model YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility
• Must pass criminal history background check, Sex Offender Registry check, and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in supervising or directing programs as a center director
• YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/Branch Leader certification
