Program Director

Responsibilities

• Meet and build relationships with Jewish students at UNF to understand their needs
• Work with Jewish students to strengthen the student leadership structure
• Meet weekly with the student board
• Be present on campus two to three times per week
• Partner with students to create a programming plan including Shabbat, holidays, cultural events, and Israel-focused activities
• Engage in three to five one-on-one interactions with students per week
• Track student engagement to guide strategic efforts
• Actively contribute to shaping UNF Hillel by engaging 100 students during the first year

Requirements

• At least two years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take risks
• Confidence and skill to initiate and run programs
• Comfort accepting guidance and mentorship
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excitement to further develop a personal relationship with Judaism
