Program Director - Respite

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day to day operation and overall service delivery of the Respite Program
• Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for consumers
• Ensure development and facilitation of IAPs (Individualized Action Plans)
• Obtain appropriate inspections and maintain a system to monitor facility needs and issues
• Administer and monitor consumer medications
• Supervise staff members in providing interventions to consumers as stated by their current IAP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
• At least 4 years of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to establish supportive relationships with adults with complex mental health needs, including crisis management
