Program Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, governance, and delivery for large-scale, complex programs and portfolios valued up to $5Bn
• Act as the senior representative to the client, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
• Establish and mature PMO methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Oversee end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, managing dependencies and senior stakeholder expectations
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track program health, financial forecasting, and benefits realization
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate program-level risks regarding scope, schedule, and cost
• Hire, coach, and mentor large teams of Project Managers, Engineers, and technical professionals
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify and secure additional work through strong client relationships

Requirements

• 25+ years of relevant experience, including significant senior leadership and supervisory responsibility
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs or portfolios valued between $1B and $5B
• Extensive experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams of engineers, project managers, and designers
• Proven background in project, program, or construction management at a senior leadership level
• Strong operational management experience involving personnel, facilities, and complex technical environments
• Deep understanding of industry practices, regulations, and modern engineering/project management technologies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engagement at executive and board levels
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management capabilities
