Program Director

Responsibilities

• Manage the entirety of the contract and execute all tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) as the dedicated Program Manager
• Lead a global team of engineers and technical professionals to ensure high-quality programmatic and technical deliverables
• Direct program staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, and filling personnel vacancies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding technical issues, finance, and schedule
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including invoicing, cost tracking, and periodic status reports
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and master schedules for program-wide planning and resource prioritization
• Work closely with Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTR) and Contracting Officers (CO) to facilitate critical objectives
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow, quality, and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with 20 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 18 years of experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Lead, or in a similar capacity
• Specific experience working within the intelligence community
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management certification
• Valid US Passport and willingness to travel up to 20% OCONUS
