Program Director, Nursing

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate learning through didactic instruction, skills lab facilitation, and clinical education
• Oversee and refine nursing curriculum in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage program enrollment including recruitment, admissions, and registration
• Support student success through grading, academic advising, and performance monitoring
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of adjunct instructors
• Serve as a key point of contact for enterprise healthcare partners in Ohio
• Manage program budgets and operational resources
• Ensure regulatory compliance with the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Drive program quality through ongoing evaluation and data-driven assessments

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master's degree in nursing
• 5+ years of RN nursing practice experience
• 2+ years of experience as a faculty member in a registered nursing education program
• Experience with Board of Nursing site visits and accreditation processes
• Ability to teach across didactic, skills lab, and clinical settings
• Experience with Laerdal manikins or similar simulation technology
• Experience engaging with external partners, clinical sites, or employer stakeholders
