Program Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all clinical and programmatic operations for the 16-bed THS Summer Street adult mental health program
• Manage intake, discharge, counseling, and service/discharge planning processes
• Oversee fiscal management and ensure compliance with licensing and Joint Commission requirements
• Coordinate with State funding and contract personnel
• Manage physical plant upkeep and facility maintenance
• Lead staff recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision
• Participate in the agency's overall leadership team to shape practice and policy
• Maintain on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
• Proven experience in program management
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Background in behavioral health care

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or a related field
• 4 to 10 years of related experience in program management
• Direct experience working with client populations living with mental illness
