Program Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations for the Beacon House residential treatment program in Buxton, Maine
• Manage and lead a staff team of approximately 25 employees providing treatment and educational services
• Perform administrative duties including budget oversight, payroll, and staff scheduling
• Facilitate management and staff meetings and oversee training initiatives
• Serve as an integral member of the larger agency leadership team
• Ensure high-quality care and treatment interventions for adolescents aged 13-20

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
• Master's degree in social work or human services plus 3 years of supervisory experience, OR a Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel for occasional conferences, training, and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in leadership and supervisory roles
• Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter and inspire teammates
