Program Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations for the Beacon House residential treatment program
• Manage and lead a staff team of approximately 25 employees
• Provide administrative oversight including budget management, payroll, and scheduling
• Facilitate management and staff meetings and oversee training initiatives
• Coordinate care and treatment interventions to help youth transition successfully to families or new placements
• Serve as an integral member of the larger agency leadership team

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or human services plus 3 years of supervisory experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5-7 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience managing staff and overseeing budgets
• Proficiency in payroll and scheduling management
• Ability to work on-site in Buxton, Maine

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles within human services or residential treatment settings
• Strong detail orientation and ability to work as a self-starter
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teammates
