About the role
Responsibilities
- Build authentic, one-on-one relationships with Jewish students
- Plan and execute high-quality programming including Shabbat dinners and holiday experiences
- Recruit, mentor, and support student leaders
- Develop and implement a vision for Jewish life at UTampa
- Build relationships with university administrators, faculty, and campus partners
- Manage program budgets and financial tracking
- Partner with senior leadership to support fundraising efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Jewish communal work, campus engagement, or program leadership
- Strong understanding of Jewish life, traditions, and community
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to Jewish pluralism and inclusivity
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Jewish holidays
