Program Director

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical project manager to lead cross-functional projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Manage the technical project portfolio to secure governance and decision-making
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical projects, guaranteeing costs, deadlines, and quality
• Facilitate coordination between IT, business units, infrastructure, and suppliers
• Co-construct and animate technical roadmaps and project plans
• Manage budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reviews
• Analyze and validate workload estimations and propose arbitration scenarios
• Build and maintain project dashboards and reporting for various governance levels
• Lead workshops, project committees, and steering committees

Requirements

• Mastery of project management fundamentals (budget, workload, planning, risks, dependencies)
• Proven ability to structure and consolidate complex reporting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in facilitating groups and leading governance meetings
• Strong understanding of IT environments (infrastructure, systems, middleware, and application interactions)
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical experts and management
