Responsibilities
- Lead the scoping phase of a strategic transformation program to modernize insurance offerings and subscription processes
- Structure the program by organizing workstreams, defining staffing, and breaking down lots
- Adapt communication for various stakeholders, including executive management and business teams
- Manage program risks, budgets, deadlines, and quality standards
- Facilitate steering committees and produce project documentation and regular reporting
- Contribute to defining solutions within budget, resource, and time constraints
Requirements
- Significant experience managing large-scale programs
- Advanced knowledge of P&C Insurance (IARD)
- Expert-level project management skills
