Program Director, Graduate Studies

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage relationships for corporate training opportunities with businesses and organizations in cooperation with the Dean.
• Lead academic proposal development and navigate the university's academic approval processes.
• Coordinate between corporate partners and the College of Engineering and Computer Science and the School of Management to deliver mutually beneficial programs.
• Support graduate program initiatives and special projects through implementation and resource identification.
• Assist in graduate student advising to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Conduct research on strategic initiatives and recommend process improvements to create leaner operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master's degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in Higher Education.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience.
• Proven experience managing and completing complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate between academic departments and external corporate partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Ed.D.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically responsible for Corporate Training.
